  1. Make sure it's close by (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece,Morocco) as you won't be allowed to smoke anywhere in any UK airport or on any plane, so a long-haul flight will probably leave you gasping...

  2. You can still smoke in the bars in Portugal.

  3. you can go in italy... you can get what you want there

  4. do u really want to plan a hol around the fact of where u can smoke??

  5. We recently went to Spain by coach.

The coach stopped every couple of hours, day and night , so no problems there at all. Spain allows smoking in most places , so no problems there either..

It was quite  a long trip but lovely to see the countryside, go to France on the ferry ,see alot of the country and then across into Spain.

DBB in an excellent hotel in Callella all for £170.00 for 10 days

  6. Greece. According to the Lonely Planet, it has the highest number of smokers than anywhere else in Europe.

Having just got back from there, I can definitely believe it. People smoked absolutely everywhere, including in confined indoor spaces.

  7. Generally you can smoke in all countries that i know of. Some have bans in the pubs and restaurants like over here, but if your in a warm climate that standing outside is no big deal.

I smoke and i don't allow this to deter me from going to any place and i wouldn't base my holiday around where i can and can't smoke.

Also have a think about your flight times, no airline allows you to smoke on board, i say put a patch on and get engrossed in a movie or go to sleep.

  8. I have just come back from Crete and you can smoke anywhere there.

  9. Try Austria, it's quite a nice place, with a very high proportion of the electorate who smoke (high enough to make sure that whichever party bans smoking would spend the next 30 years in opposition).

  10. greece, turkey, cuba, mexico, monaco, czech republic, russia, colombia, panama, costa rica, the caribbean

  11. Depends on what you're smoking

  12. TURKEY I HAVE JUST GOT BACK THEY SMOKE ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE

  13. spain is usually ok, just ask the barman 1st if it ok to smoke, if he says no go outside, go somewhere else, but most bars allow it.

or have smoke rooms as do most hotels.
