I am a swimmer and i get really dizzy whenever i do backstroke. Is that normal?

I am not a backstroker if that has anything to do with it.

  1. honey,i had that problem too,they doc told me that i have to take vitamins.ask ur doc for help,it;s very important,best of luck.


  2. You may have an inner ear problem.

  3. you may have a problem with your inner ear fluids

    also

    try to keep your head stationary

    your head shouldnt move when you stroke only your shoulders should be rotating this will improve your speed and should help with the diziness. if not see a doctor/ ENT specialist

  4. You could have an inner ear problem causing the dizziness. When you position your head back you could also be pressing against the artery in your neck and making you lightheaded. I would definitely check with a doctor.
