I am a teenager and would love to spend a summer abroad.. ideas?

I am a sophmore in high school and am 15 years old. I would love to go to another country for a summer and volunteer. Does anyone have suggestions?

A few cheap ways of doing it are to find a family and work as an au pair (which I did in Germany) through the website www.greataupair.com (I've used it and loved it) or do a semester abroad through the Rotary. They pay for almost everything, and set you up with an experienced family while you go to school in another country.
