MY LANDLORD SOLD OUR BUILDING TO BUILDER .NOW THAT BLDR.IS GOING TO MAKE NEW BUILDING FOR SELL.CAN YOU GUIDE ME HOW MUCH AREA SHOULD I WII GET IN THAT BUILDING?

That depends on what is your agreement with the landlord and what is the agreement of bulider with landlord.

However, before vacating the building you can negotiate with the builder and can enter into an agreement for the area to be delivered to you.
