  1. ummm.....Alaska is part of the United States.

    You probably need a marriage license. Call the cruise line. They deal with this all the time


  2. Only some cruiselines (such as Princess) will perform weddings on board.  You would need to arrange the ceremony and the details ahead of time (there will be a fee).  You should get the marriage license ahead of time.  Check the website for the cruiseline you're going on.
