  1. It's just a dye. Shut up and eat it. You're killing animals in some way regardless of what you eat, unless you grow your own garden in your backyard.

  2. all i know is that there is no animal or dairy in there if thats what your looking for

  3. all i could find on it was that it is a chemical coloring that has a lot of impact on children's behaviors. it makes kids have temper tantrums and outbursts.

  4. http://www.red40.com/

  5. Red 40 is derived from coal tar, it is not of animal origin.

  6. Why be vegan? Animals are delicious! If its for religious reasons or personal/health reasons, then no prob, but as for my vegan friends on a moral crusade that everyone eating meat is a murderer, I am sponsering them through the 'Sponsor a Vegetarian' program. I simply invite my vegan friends to a nice resturant, order a meat dish, plus one meat item for each one they dont order, plus another meat item to eat just out of spite!  As for the next person to display a crappy bumper sticker that says ''Save a tree, send an email!'' I am going to wad up a fresh sheet of paper and throw it away.

  7. Try this website. My partner is Vegan and it's of great use for me.

  8. Red 40 is coal-tar derived.  It is not, as is commonly believed, synonymous with carmine (which is derived from insects.)
