I am a vegatarian and I need strength to play tennis. Help!?

I am ten years old.

My weight is 69-70 pounds.

Can you give me food items that are vegatarian and will help me get stronger? Also can you give me excersises? Thanks!

  2. Eat beans for protein. Beans will help out a lot. Make sure to get calcium too, milk is probably your best option, but if you don't like/can't drink milk, you can get orange juice with calcium that is just as good as milk. Be sure to also lift weights or something, this will help you build muscle.
