I am Lacto vegetarian, that means i can consume dairy products. I also do not eat products which are made of... e.g egg, animal fats (emulsifier 471, gelatine), etc.....
I think i need advice of people who have lot of knowledge of making veg cuisine. your expert advice will be a big help, cause it is very hard to find dessert, cakes and other sweet dish without eggs and animal fats.
