not as i know, the juicer is getting bigger and bigger. and you don't need to cut the apple just put it inside the juicer will do

I have been to many health conventions and I have never seen any thing small, in order to extract juice you need a powerful motor.

I'm not sure about portability, but the Magic Bullet is wonderful.  I actually use it almost everyday.

i figure they all have to be fairly large in order to have a large enough motor to extract the juice, and spit all the fiber out of it.  There might be mini juicers but it probably won't last long.  I have a juiceman and is still working fine.
