  1. drink lots and lots of water.. and eat healthy nothing fried or anything.. and exercise..

    good luck =)

  2. Good luck being a vegetarian if you hate beans.

Breakfast is simple enough...Not many people eat meat with breakfast.

Lunch, you could saute some tofu and zucchini together (YUM.), have a salad (avoid iceberg lettuce as it has nearly no nutritional value), and a glass of milk (or if you're considering going vegan, soy milk).

Dinner, you could have a veggie burger or veggie dogs as the main course.

You'll naturally lose weight from eating less meat, but you're going to want to make sure you're still getting your vitamins and minerals so the weight lost isn't muscle mass.

  3. There is a site called Spark people who tailor diets to you, they are free and give help and encouragement to you, you also have access to thousands of recipes and exercises and the chance to speak with others in the same boat good luck.

    www.sparkpeople.com

  4. Try not to eat alot of foods with salt (sodium). Stay away from high sugar foods. Eat alot of veggies with ur meals, any meals  u make include veggies and salad. If u buy them fresh and if u want to steam them dont steam them for long. Limit ur carbs, if u eat bread make sure the darker the better. Make sure when u read the nutrition make sure it doesnt say "high frotuse corn syrup". That pretty much it .Use whole weat pasta instead of white pasta.

  5. Buy Quinoa. It's the only grain that is a complete protein.

Eat 5 servings of vegetables and  4 fruits a day. No junk food.

If you expend more calories a day than you consume you will

lose weight. Eat less. Move more.

  6. don't listen to these people who say you have to eat beans for your protein or that iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value... they haven't done their homework. you can get your protein without eating beans and yes, iceberg lettuce has vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and even iron.

read up on calorie and fat content of what you eat - eat in moderation and exercise.

Here is some other choices for protein-

Nuts -- Hazels, brazils, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pine kernels.

Seeds -- Sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseeds.

    Pulses -- Peas, lentils, peanuts.

Grains and Cereals -- Wheat (in bread, flour, pasta), barley, rye, oats, millet, maize (sweetcorn), rice.

    textured vegetable protein, veggie burgers

here are some websites that can help you out.

  7. salads, low-fat stuff

  8. Cut out most of your sweets.

By the way... you will not get enough protein without beans (being a vegetarian).  Hopefully you're eating a LOT of eggs (or egg whites if you want to loose weight).

  9. Avoid white bread, white rice and junk food.  Drink plenty of water and do some sort of moderate exercise everyday.

  10. Sweetie, It's not safe being on a vegetarian diet if you hate beans, At least eat them in the form of: soy milk, tofu, or veggie burgers, veggie hot dogs, or veggie sausages.

Cut down on the amount of food you eat each day. Cut out veggie junk food, and to much pasta and dairy products. Start an exercise program.
