I am a very fine and soft-to-the-touch edible product that is a fluid initially but will harden within days?

What am I?

I need a product, mix, whatever just like this to fill the inside of a bottle then "peel" the bottle away revealing the hardened, edible product. then I'm going to color it.

Cant you just use plaster or cement?  Anything that you use out of the kitchen will eventually crumble and break apart unless you treat it with a seal product like polyurathane.

What about home made glue or playdough?  There are numerous recipes on line using common (edible) kitchen items.
