  1. trust others everything will be fine. dont take other negative remarks on ur heart dont be broken.think positive and behave positive.


  2. start writing good things about it....initially you will not have many..but slowly slowly you will discover your inner self, and will be a positive man....then you will also be a confident and happy person.

    But don't forget to do the exercise for at least a month.

  3. You have already made a good beginning! Go ahead on this positive track of dispassionate, open and honest introspection: you will very soon be a very positive, exemplary person! read some good books (Scot Peck, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra etc.), listen to good music, talk to friends, stay alone for some time every day in silence, take good care of your health! Also spend some time with children, if possible!

  4. for me, my mood depends on what kind of music ive been listening to. Try listening to some upbeat, crazy music. I suggest giving Andrew W.K a try. His songs are very...unique.

  5. You admit that you're a negative person. Don't do that - you degrade your self esteem by yourself. Be yourself and believe you're the same as others. If a negative feeling is coming take several deep breath and say to yourself 'I do not accept this -  I am the same as others who has a positive attitude, self respect and believe in himself'

  8. U are not truly v negative if you know U are negative. Maybe, you are somehow reluctant to change. First,you have to let go your  bad feeling.See the bright side of everything,welcome changes and accept it. Slowly you will walk away from negativeness. Feeling better now, read about other people sucessful challenges.. warm your heart and you have changed...Give me the 10 pts now.

  9. someone once told me that the things that anger us about other people are actually reflecting things we dislike about ourselves.  when i am really honest with myself, i can say this is true 90% of the time.  keep this in mind the next time you find yourself angry with someone.

    you're already on the right track so just keep trying.  you only get one life...
