Hey man i tell u the main strength of a person is his mental asset, though it is true that a body builder needs a strong physique but if u r determined to do than its sure u can. Hence forget worrying and iam sure if u r strong enough(mentally) than u can be no less than any Arnold or Salman.........

your body is built to be strong,  start working out, not to fast or to much all at once but at slow pace and work to increase your endurance.  Change your diet to high protein and low fat. do not give up on your dream.
