I am a wildland firfighter and want to go to Australia and learn how you guy's do it. How do I go about it?

I am a wildland FF1/ENGB Trainee, in addition to an IFSAC FF2/Fire Instructor 1 on the structure side. Just want to learn and experience as much as humanly possible. Help me out here?

If that means that you are in the USA you guys help us, and we help you during the wildfire seasons.  I am sure that there are formal exchanges between your fire services and ours in non-emergency times, so ask your employer about doing an exchange.
