I have had a few friends that were pregnant and they all said they threw up a lot. Is there something wrong with me or my baby?

  1. Every pregnancy is different for every woman.  You just get to be one of the lucky one.

  2. Heavens no! It is not only normal but incredibly lucky!  I know lots of women who never really experience any morning sickness.  I only had it mildly in the morning and a little in the evening.  I have thrown up four times in two separate pregnancies. Some women are debilitated by sickness and vomiting, so consider yourself very lucky.

  3. No nothing is wrong with you at all. Congradulations on the little morning sickness. Every person is differnt, some people get really bad morning sickness like I did, some people on get a little like you, and some people are blessed and never get morning sickness.

  4. i was never sick throughout my pregnancy, i had a couple of dizzy spells and felt sick but was quite ok and had a healthy little girl

  5. Yup. You are one of the few lucky individuals who may not need to go through the morning sickness ordeal. Enjoy!!

  6. morning (evening, afternoon, etc) sickness is not an indication of the health of the pregnancy. i would say you're normal and lucky! i experienced only mild nausea and that was only a few times. i was so fortunate compared to some of the patients (& friends/family) i have seen. sounds like you're having a good first trimester! some women have terrible morning sickness with vomitting and headaches. enjoy your pregnancy!!

  7. Its completely fine! I had very little sickness too. The nausea was awful from weeks 6-10, but as soon as I got passed week 11 I had no more symptoms! There is nothing wrong with you or your baby!

    Congratulations and good luck!!!

  8. Be glad you feel that good! I am 26 weeks now and i have not thrown up at all during my pregnancy so far.Dont worry! Thats perfectly normal. Every pregnancy is different!

  9. not everyone gets sick some get sick way worse than normal be thankful if you don't it's a blessing

  10. I never had one episode of morning sickess or nausea when pregnant with my daughter.  Not once.  And she was perfectly healthy.  I am pregnant again now (another girl) and was sick constantly for the first trimester.

While it's more common to have symptoms, it's not anything to worry about if have none.  (it's much more concerning if you had symptoms that disappeared altogether)  Consider yourself one of the lucky ones!

    Congrats!

  11. Consider yourself lucky! I've been lucky enough not to have any sickness in the last 39 weeks of being pregnant. I'm pregnant with my first and didn't find out I was pregnant for a while after because I had no symptoms. Others are sick throughout the whole thing!

    Congrats and good luck :)
