I wake up with headaches that barely go away through the day and feel sick and dizzy all day long.

I only feel better once I have eaten a full meal, but that is hard to do all the time! Sometimes I feel so sick from being hungry that I can't eat.

I am so dizzy all the time that it makes me feel sick to move my head too much. I get dizzy shifting my eyes from left to right. I can only stand up for a little while before I feel like I am going to throw up or faint.

Is something wrong with me? I feel miserable all the time!

  1. That is exactly how i felt when i was 2/3 months. I even had two moments where i actually did faint. The only thing that really helped me was to have a small snack every two hours between meals. And remember that your body does need a little sugar, so along with all the great healthy things you are eating, make sure you suck on a hard candy or something to keep your blood sugar going.

  2. well all sounds normal but the eyes shifting, and some time your equal libream can be off from dehaydration and other things leave nothing to chance and see a doctor everyone is different i had the same problem with one of mine out of three and i fainted at the drop of the hat early on 2-3 months but i learned somethings are not always that. so get checked and you want have to worry.....

  3. I couldn't have said it better myself! I'm going through the same thing...but just hang in there!!

  4. Sometimes in early pregnancy a womans body has to get used to the fact that her body is getting ready to have a baby.  It might seem like a foreign body, But the best thing to do is to eat some soda crackers to dispell any up set stomach. Sodium is a buffer and will help settle the stomach.  Please be good to yourself and your baby and do not take any drugs if you can at all help it any other way.  Get plenty of rest and good nourishing food every so many hours.  Stay active as this will keep your mind busy and the time will go pretty smoothly and quickly.  Remember, you are eating for two.  Yourself and your baby.  It does not mean to eat as much as two people, it means to eat healthfully for yourself and then your baby will be getting what it needs as well at the same time.  This will also curb your stomach upset.  Also remember, less is better,  and go by your apetite and thirst.  Good luck and God Bless,  If you want to contact me for more info.  See source below.

  5. Sounds pretty normal, I am going through the same thing. Start taking snacks with you, high in protein, like nuts, peanut butter, granola bars, ect. Stay well hydrated, and talk to your doc about anti-nausea medication, like Promethyzine. In the meantime you can pick up Vitamin B6 from your local pharmacy or Health Food store, and that may help a little.

  6. Nothing is wrong hun, this is the pregnancy hormones doing a number on you, thankgoodness you not puking your guts out too.Just hang in there it will get better in about two months when youre in the second trimester.

In the mean time take it easy and drink ginger tea(with fresh ginger)Grate a piece, boil, and sweeten a little.also always walk with sweets in your bag.

You wont regret the end result when you meet your precious baby.

    Good Luck
