I was the Branch Manager of a payday loan company, but Ohio passed a law that put the company out of business. I am now out of work and pregnant. Nobody wants to hire a pregnant woman, so now I need to make some extra money from home. I also have a 2 year old. I don't want to do those "surveys" or "get rich quick home businesses". I want legitimate ideas of what I could do from home. Thanks.

  1. i think you should try cashkrazy.com its survey thing but u make money & u get $5 just for signing up..just try it & c wat u think...good luck w/ the babies & work

  2. Hi Shannon, Congratulations on the upcoming lil one! I have a 4 year old lil boy. I am so ready for another one! Sorry to hear no one will hire you though! Go to this site. It will help you with your questions. Good luck:)

  3. I'm surprised your payday loan company is already out of business. I thought the law didn't go into effect until September 1, and there is the pending Issue which may be on the ballot in November, undoing that law.

But nevertheless, the here and now? I doubt you'll be able to get a professional job, similar to Branch Manager while pregnant. Legal or not, I'm sure you'll face discrimination.

You're best bet is to go to your counties social services to see what sort of assistance you might be able to get as a pregnant mother. Also begin looking for a job through your local government job center, in hopes of actually finding a job after the baby is born.

    Good Luck!

  4. Make Money Online.  It works with Google, Yahoo, Ebay. http://www.mymsgonline.com

Every business needs this patent pending software.  It puts their business on the first page of Google for every keyword searched.  Great to market to businesses, you earn $1 everytime they give away the software and you also get $1 every time you give away the software.

  5. Most of them are scam.. they ask for upfront payment and guarantee that you'll cover it in days.. but then they disappear..

elance and guru are good option you can try to explore others as well.

List and links of some genuine surveys can be found here: http://genuine-surveys.blogspot.com/ and links for genuine data entry jobs can be found here: http://genuine-dataentry.blogspot.com/ they are all free to sign-up and seems legitimate so far to me.

p.s. sign-up with a new email id, as you might receive a lot of junk mails no your email otherwise.

most of them will send your money by paypal

  6. so you've heard of getting paid for online surveys and how they're scams and stuff.

well. that's what i thought until i tried this website out:

    www. cash crate.com/298450 (no spaces)

basically what u do is fill out internet surveys [or test trials and sample products] about consumer products and every time you complete a survey you get credited for a certain amount. as much as 20 cents to 20 dollars. after the end of the month the website mails your check and you recieve it on the 20th of the following month.

this is how i make my gas money and also some extra shopping money

if you want proof of the check from the website, check this out:

  7. Hi,

Sorry about your job! I dont know if the online company I just signed up with will help,it is a home business and its FREE... not a get rich quick home business.... You have to put some time in it.....Hope this will help.....

  8. Where's the husband/father? Your company going out of business doesn't negate your skills and/or abilities to work from home.  Have you tried Craigslist, monster.com or NY TIMES.com with "telecommute" selected?  Or will the tax-paying public be supporting TWO of your illlegitimate children?

  9. I was working for a doctors office in May, until they decided to let me go!  I started hunting for WAH oppurtunites, doing medical billing etc.. I am still searching for something like that, that is NOT a scam in the mean time I am an independent consultant for a few companies, I love it, i bring in a little profit!  I checked out the companies I sell for made sure the were reputable etc..., some are no cost to start, I am also going to be opening up one in September with a partner, on our own from my adventures...if oyu want check out my site, you won't get rich but I have companies that you can sell for & make extra money w/o huge start up cost!  The highest start up cost on my site is $10.00, to sell all natural mineral make-up!!!! www.freewebs.com/pamperedfairie, good luck to you!

  10. I've been selling books on Amazon and other stuff on ebay and its brought in some money.... thats only a temporary fix though

  11. There is nothing to get disheartened without job. There are several work from home opportunities.  check out http://gostraightearning.com/

The other option is that you can try project payday.

  12. You should check with local business to see if anyone is hiring for a data entry clerk, or typing letters or something. Check craigslist. You'll have to sort through a ton of junk (surveys, get rich quick, etc.) but hopefully, you'll find something.

  13. I would like to suggest to try to get as much information as you could before making up your mind, here is a very resourceful one.http://home-mortgage.online-tips4u.info/...

  14. Affiliate marketing. This is where you sell other businesses products and get a commission. Its completely free to do this. For example, Yahoo has an affiliate program that pays you to refer people to their services. Amazon does too. Even ebay does(I wouldnt recommend theres though, I sent them 1200 people last month from my website and only made $26.00, they are doing bad cuz they made some real dumb changes that pissed off their power sellers and affected the overall customer base). It doesn't get any more legitimate than working for companies like yahoo and amazon. If you find a company that you like and think it would be easy to promote their products, just search for their affiliate program to see if they have one. For example, search in google for "yahoo affiliate" and you will find their affiliate program. Or search for "amazon affiliate" and you will find theirs. You can promote the affiliate services from your own website or make classified listings on craigslist. You can find any type of product you are interested in selling by looking up affiliate programs.
