I am a provisional 2 licence holder. I work at Parramatta where I run errands everyday. I will lose my licence for 6 months because I crossed 2 infringements (driving over 30kmh's and having no points left). I can't afford a lawyer to appeal it. What should I do?

  1. You might qualify for Hardship license.

    good Luck...

  2. It sounds as if you are not in the USA but here, one can get what is called an "occupational drivers license" which allows you to drive to and from work or drive for your job.  I'm sure you would have something similar.  Check it out

  3. The only hope you have is to plead with the court for a conditional license.
