I am about to take my ASVAB test for the Army National Guard?

What score do I need to be able to get 98C - SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST. I really want to work in Millitary Intelligence.

First, 98C doesn't exist anymore, and if your recruiter is trying to get you to join for 98C, he doesn't know what he is talking about.

It is now called 35N.

You need an AFQT score of about 65 or so for this job.

It is hard to give you an exact number because the AFQT score doesn't translate directly to the scores that jobs are based on.

35N requires a 101 ST (Skilled Technical) score.

You should also talk to the Army Reserve about this, they have 35N as well.
