I am about to turn thirteen and am getting a jetski for myself!

Question

so i know it sounds insane but i gotta but my own birthday present which you alredy know is a jetski! :) problem is i need a jetski liscence sine i go to elephant butte all the tim which is in new mexico. problem IS: i need to get a liscens but i cant take time to go down there to get one! so i need your help to tell me if i can do it on the internet or some thing?!?! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!

Happy BD Best check with state & local laws on riding a PWC as most state have age limits> So check where you live and where your going>Have Fun be safe>

I remember i wanted a jetski so badly when I was 12 bc I live in Florida on the Gulf.... but anyways..

New Mexico requires that you are at least 13 to operate any motorized vessel. However, you must have your boater ID card.

I got mine when I was 11 so i could operate my motorboat. I took it online, passed, was able to print out a temporary certificate (so I would be able to use my boat), and the received my actual boaters id card about 4 weeks later by mail.

The test isn't hard, it takes common sense, and you can always google the answers (but there is a time limit on the test).
