  1. You aren't going to want to use any of those songs to audition with. You are going to want to use something from the classic era of musicals such as Carousel, State Fair, Oklahoma, King & I, Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver, etc...

I'd have to know if you are male/female and your age to offer you any more advice then that.

  2. You want to sing something by Rogers and Hammerstein - same composers as the Sound of Music, so you can guarantee that the style is right.  There are some great songs in Oklahoma!, South Pacific, Anna and the King and Carousel, or "I Enjoy Being A Girl" from Flower Drum Song is a great audition song as well.  It will also depend on which part you're auditioning for, as you should try and pick a song which suits the character.  If you're auditioning for Liesl, I'd sing "Out of My Dreams" from Oklahoma!, as it has a character not unlike "16 Going On 17".  Hairspray, Grease and Phantom are not suitable for Sound of Music as the style is completely different and any songs from those shows (aside from being very overdone) will not show off your voice in the right way.
