I am afraid to pull back my f******n...?

Question

When I was retracting my f******n for the "first time", I pulled it all the way to the back of the glans but when I did, I had a hard time sliding it back up because it was stuck. Now it's been about a week since I haven't started retracting my f******n back again because I am afraid it will get stuck again. Should I try it again to see if it is better now?
