What is a good thing to make simple like in place of a sandwich that has no wheat? Any ideas. Everything seems to have wheat

  1. I have celics too.Use wheat free bread or tortillas. Or you can wrap it all in big lettuce leaves.

  3. are you actually allergic via allergy testing or do you have an intolerance?  do you have all gluten allergy (celiac disease) or just wheat?   this will help in terms of the grains you can or cannot eat.

    In the meantime, here's a link to the celiac site which gives you a red/yellow/green light list of foods you can and cannot eat.  Visit a health food store and try different foods out.  Some you'll like and some you'll hate.  also, Bob's Red Mill has some great gluten free foods including grains that will give you good fiber which is hard to get when you have celiac.   Good Luck!
