You have to be 16.

And if you drop out when u r 16 or 17 u have to have ur parent sign papers letting you drop out.

But if you r 18 then you can of course do it on your own!!!

Just take your GED then, or go to a continuation school to get your credits faster so you can get out of school faster.

believe me, don't drop out....you'll regret it sooner or later.

i have a ton of work myself but i have to do it just for the sake of my knowledge and my family....just hang in there and you'll do fine if you at least commit to about 3 hours of homework

You can focus on the parts that affect your grade the most, and say s***w the rest. Sixteen is the dropout age of most states.

I totally sympathize with you..and I'm an employee. You can't drop out tho. There's always gonna be something that you get tired of..and it won't get easier as you get older...so ya gotta start toughing it out..The old "perseverance" thing.

aww too much work? People in Asia go to school 2x more than we do and get double the work (I know, I've been there). And besides once you get out of school, you'll eventually need a job, where you will be working probably 8 hrs a day, which is 10x worse than school.

You better just hang in there and tough it out because if you think it is easy in the real world its not. It's even harder if you have a high school diploma  I hated high school and thought about leaving I'm glad I didn't in the end. If having having too much work is your biggest problem then you better consider yourself lucky a lot of people have it worse than you
