I am always in a bad mood. When I have nothing to do some things comes to my mind and disturbs me?

  1. walking really soothes the mind, it makes you feel so much better, if you like to read, thats a good thing to do, draw or paint whats you are thinking about, get a daily journal and keep your thoughts in it and also write how you would like to be or feel. find some good positive music to listen to or go to the gym  when you get frustrated and work it off. If you atleast do three of these things, you will feel alot better. (good luck);;


  2. hang in there.  you'll find happiness.  try fishing.  helps me out a lot

  3. you need to find a hobby or a therapist

  4. Maybe you should write your feelings down, or sing them, or paint them...angry or upset people tend to be artists of sorts
