Sleeping a lot does not help...whats wrong with me?

  2. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder that causes extreme fatigue. This fatigue is not the kind of tired feeling that goes away after you rest. Instead, it lasts a long time and limits your ability to do ordinary daily activities.

    Symptoms of CFS include fatigue for 6 months or more and experiencing other problems such as muscle pain, memory problems, headaches, pain in multiple joints, sleep problems, sore throat and tender lymph nodes. Since other illnesses can cause similar symptoms, CFS is hard to diagnose.

    No one knows what causes CFS. It is most common in women in their 40s and 50s, but anyone can have it. It can last for years. There is no cure for CFS, so the goal of treatment is to improve symptoms. Medicines may treat pain, sleep disorders and other problems.

    Something else you can do is exercise and eat healthy

  4. 1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 cucumber = extracting the juice out of it will be 1 cup a day. Do this for 1 week..7 cups/week. This combination will take away all stress and tiredness.

  6. hows your diet?you should know what a good diet is,but if you don't find out.also first thing outta bed in the morning have 2 glasses of water on its own and 2 and ahalf hours after every meal do the same.also salt is okay in the diet as it lets water enter your cells.just don't go stupid with salt thats all.oh the reason for the water is to hydrate your body and the salts for allowing the water into your cells.

  7. You might have a hypothyroid. its what i have. I used to wake up around 10am and could NEVER make it past 4pm. they put me on some medication and now i live a normal day =) it might be worth checking out???
