  1. yes it will

  2. Yes, it will.

  3. If you dint have a pps number then yes it will. I knew a Brazilian girl who stayed here illegally after her visa ran out. She got a job cleaning didn't have a pps number so she was paid into her hand and was only getting €3 an hour. She couldn't complain  to anyone because she would get in trouble. She went home a few months ago because it was too hard.

  4. No you will most certainly not get hired, places barely hire highly qualified nationals let alone someone that wont be staying long term and illegally.

  5. With respect, I think you need a reality check. Restaurant work is not the best paid in the first place, but when you factor in the fact that you will be illegal, paid 'off the books', and that there is plenty of competition from legal migrants from elsewhere in the EU (as well as illegal migrants from outside the EU), I think you will find the standard of living you will be left with will not meet your standards. Wages will be rock-bottom.

If you want to live in Dublin for a while, why not save up in the US? Then go to Dublin.

Forget whatever idea you might have had about the availability of 'off the books' work in Europe. It is very risky for employer, and you are competing with loads of migrants (and locals) who will work for very very little.
