  1. no you need to apply for medication

  2. if i remember correctly UK residents enjoy an agreement with the USA with regards to entry visa's perhaps you should check to see if this works the other way around as well one would assume it does

  3. You say your American and don't cap the 'a' you say ''straight away'' sure your American

  4. Settle in the UK??Get your gf over to the US, it's the pits in the UK mate, honestly. Unless you like living in poverty, constantly watching your back due to the crime rate, being stuck indoors all the time due to the sh*t weather and paying through the nose for everything  (including the right to breathe) I wouldn't go there. Oh and it's gonna get much worse with the recession mate, as always plenty of good news in the UK...

  5. u need visa

    ask the home office

  6. Why doesn't your gf move to the USA? We don't like annoying Americans

  7. Get her to move to the USA.

I'm SICK of people migrating to the UK, p**s off would ya mate!

  8. You would need to be planning to marry her to get a fiance visa. This is not difficult to get. She would have to provide proof that she can support you and has a place for you to live.

Once you move to the UK, you just have to get married and then you can apply for leave to remain. That allows you to get a national insurance number and work.

If you decide to get married in the USA first then you both apply for a spousal visa. If you don't have marriage plans you won't get a visa unless the two of you have already been cohabiting for over 2 years.

Look at the British Embassy website for details on how to apply for a visa.

  9. ,yes you need to or go to Morocco for weekend when your holiday visa runs out

  10. You need a visa to settle there. If you go without one the terms and conditions are that you are allowed to stay a maximum of 6 months and have no access to public funds.

If you try to go there and then settle you will be deported as you came to the UK on false pretenses (going on the visa waiver program which is only for tourists and intending to stay).

  11. You can't live here without a visa. You can come here as a tourist for 6 months without but if you have more permanent plans you need to apply for a visa.

  12. If you want to stay here you will need a visa and apply for permanent stay status.

We will need your finger prints, your blood group, your Mothers criminal record, your Fathers special clinic details, your political record, a feel of your s*****m and ten photos of your sister in the shower.

    How does it feel American?

  13. You will need a visa and, possibly, a thick skin. My daughter is married to an American. He went through the procedure, got a visa and has been employed since day 1. Unfortunately they have settled in Scotland and he is subject to a lot of racial abuse even though he is white and has a Scots surname. The main cause of this would seem to be his 'hard work' ethic and his lack of interest in football. They are now preparing to emigrate to the 'States.
