How about doing some crafts?  A good website I recommend is Crafts For All Seasons.  The site has lots of pictures of crafts (many suitable for your age) so you can browse the site to see what you like.  When you click on the craft, there is a detailed tutorial on how to make it, with lots of step by step photos.  Maybe you could pick out some things to make and then have a little craft fair/yard sale this summer to make some extra money.
