I am an APD at a radio station company. How much should I be getting. I over see 3 stations n train dj's?

I have been working with a radio station company since October. I turned into APD over three stations and over see 10 interns whom I train. I do a lot of shizz for this company and am just wondering what i should be getting. thanks :)

It would depend on your market and whether you work for a private group or conglomerate (like CC).  I'm imaging director (with one guy under me) do two air-shifts, one daily and one weekly, and do most if not all of the graphic work for the websites and print media for a small locally owned group in a non-rated market and do between 20 and 40.
