  1. Contact the American Embassy, they can tell you the proper procedure. You may have to go to the Embassy to vote.

  2. Because you are a citizen living abroad, the process to get an absentee ballot is a little different than you may be used to. Your ballot must be requested through the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which provides that military personnel and Americans residing abroad may still register and vote in our elections.

To find out more about this act and request your absentee ballot, go to their website: http://www.fvap.gov/

  3. http://www.overseasvote2008.com/

  4. Sorry I've no idea I am not American, I am Algerian I've never ever vote in my life!.

    Believe it or not!

  5. You go down the ballot and choose the candidate you like best. Afterwards, take a pencil or some type of marking device and mark your choice. Simple as that.
