I am an American trying to remember all the provinces of Canada?

Manitoba, Sasketchewan, Alberta, New Foundland, Quebec, Ontario, Northwest Territories. I can't remember the one that begins with N (maybe Ninevet?) and also I seem to remember Yukon Territory. What am I missing? Thanks.

Thanks for making the effort. Okay, so let's break it down.

The territories are all up North.

Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut (you were close)

Then there's British Columbia on the west coast, with all the mountains.

Then there are the "Prairies"  (from west to east): Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Then there's Ontario, with the Great Lakes, in the centre (ish). To the east some more there is Quebec, with the St Lawrence.

Then the rest are the Maritimes (on the East coast), not to be forgotten!! New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island (the smallest province, but not at all culturally deprived), Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador.

There are probably lots of maps on Google that can point them out to you. I hope you're visiting Canada, it really is a beautiful place, from sea to shining sea.

- There are 3 territories- Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut

Nunavut - they split the Northwest Territories into 2 parts.  One kept the name, the other became Nunavut.  You're also forgetting the most of the maritimes and British Columbia.  Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Labrador.

The ones you were missing were: British Columbia, Nunavut, you spelled Saskatchewan wrong, and you spelled Newfoundland wrong.
