I am an Economics major and I am thinking about going to law school but am not sure and I was wondering if anyone had some advice on things to consider.

  1. I'm an economics major as well. I was going to go to law school, but I decide to get my master's in health policy and my ph.d in economics. My suggestion is to try to find a program that will allow you to get your master's in 5 years, instead of the ususal 6 years. If you maintain high a high gpa, then you'll have a better chance of getting into a good law school. And if you happen to quit law school, a master's in economics will open the doors for plenty of high paying positions. Most employers don't take bachelor degrees seriously anymore, so a master's degree is always a safe choice. Hope this helps.
