How much would this visa cost? How long would it take to be approved? What documents are required?

The visa will cost you guys altogether with the Adjustment of Status and all the documents around $3000. Your fiancee has to get in touch with the USCIS and she has to tell them that she wants to apply for a K 1 visa. She will have to pay almost $500. They will send her the documents and you guys have to fill them out, she has to put prove of citizenship and relationship together with these documents and the check and send it to the USCIS (either Cali or Vermont). The proof of relationship can be flight tickets, pictures, letters, proof that you guys met within the last two years. Proof of citizenship is a copy of her passport and birthcertificate. You will also need pasport pictures, but they will send you all the info. So you send all that stuff to the place that i responsible for you and then you just wait. It can take up to six months until they prove your case ( Vermont is away faster then Cali, my case took 5 months). The more infos you put i there the better it is. After that they will send her the NOA 2, where it says they forwarded the case to the National Visa Center (NVC). It will be there for two to four weeks, they will just recheck everything. Then they will forward it to your embassy and your embassy will send you a letter.  You will have to download forms from the internet and get a whole bunch of documents (you should have already started collecting the documents). Fill out the forms  and follow the directions. then you will have to go visit a special doctor (they will inform you) and then you will have your interview in the US embassy near you. Then they will give you the K 1 Visa and you are supposed to travel to the USA, once you enter you have to marry your fiancee within 3 months. Then you are supposed to apply for AOS, so you will get the Green card. the AOS costs right now about $1010 and ou will have to fill out a whole bunch of documents again.  Have fun, its a lot of work. My visa took almost 8 months and I will travel to the US in 2 weeks to get married, then I will file my AOS. Here is a website that explains it all.
