Ever since I completed my B.E ECE in the year 2005 I got a chance to work in an IT industry due to the monotonous work and night shift pressures I took MBA in 2005 itself having an ambition that I would get into the HR line as I have completed the MBA-IT along with my B.E. I have gotten an oppurtunity to work as an HR recruiter for a Korean Automobile Industry. How long should I stay or what all I should do to have a good HR domain come into me. Awaiting your sincere reply to this regard. Any thing you could do to update me on this very much appreciated. Though I am happy with my present job how should I look for the future. .. Kindly advice ..Thankyou...

  1. Being qualified in IT industry and hold HR qualifications, I personally recommend that you have every thing to go on your own as a Placement agency focussed on Information technology professionals.  Once you build up your profile, you can start focus on head hunting (It is highly profitable and remunerative)  There are many companies globally who are looking for a good agency for their manpower requirement in IT industry.  Your quality service and prompt replacement policy will carry you to great heights due to your versatile qualifications which is not existing in industry.  Currently there is a premium of thirty percent of the paid salary to the professional for the recruiter.  One month as retainer fees if the professional is absorbed in the regular pay roll of the client
