Visit the Salvadoran embassy or one of it's consulates in Guyana and apply for a traveler's visa. You should then be able to travel to El Salvador without a problem.

go online buy a plane ticket and maybe you will need to change planes but you will get there

Check with a travel agency. My guess would be trough Miami, connecting to a flight to El Salvador.
