  1. Don't try for any job where English is a prerequisite, your spelling is atrocious to be kind.

  2. Accountants are in very high demand and get paid well above award, and employers are recruiting overseas for accountants on 457 visas right now, and will pay your costs to get here.

Although chefs do alright in pay also, the working hours conditions are hardly as good, because restaurants are open when everyone else has finished work, and Accounting firms are large businesses who can afford to pay for parental leave, long service leave, overtime, etc etc.

The Government even has a website to explain everything.

  3. For information on award (minimum) wages, conditions and requirements for a cook or chef at various levels in Western Australia, go to:

    http://www.docep.wa.gov.au/LabourRelatio...

As Accountancy is a profession, wages for each individual will vary according to the position and employer, but if you have qualifications and good English skills, they will be generally considerably higher than for a cook or chef. You should be able to get full time (or better) work as an Accountant (38+ hours per week). The hours in a cooking position will depend on the restaurant but it should not be too difficult to get a full time job or plenty of casual hours if you have the necessary skills and experience.

In Australia, if you work more than 38 hours per week and/or if you work on weekends or public holidays you will earn penalty rates i.e. 1 1/2 (or more) times the normal hourly rate. Full time workers get at least 4 weeks holiday pay per year and get 7 to 10 paid sick days per year depending on your award or employer. Casual workers are paid a higher hourly rate instead of holiday and sick pay. See the award site for specifics relating to the award for cooking positions.

  4. WE GO ON HOURS A WEEK AND THERE IS ALWAYS JOBS FOR INDIAN CHEFS
