Yes - If you have a degree or important skill, and fluent english or french, you can immigrate to Canada that way.

You can also join the French Foreign Legion, and after 3 years, you can apply for French Nationality.  It's a 5 year commitment, though, and very tough work.

England but theres so many Indians there you wouldn't be treated well. try Canada, or Spain, if you get a visa and live in France for 5 years then you can get citizen ship. just merry some one and after a year get divorced. good luck

Hello,

There are countries that provide for instant economic citizenship. Only three of them provide it officially: Commonwealth of Dominica, St. Kitts and Nevis and Austria.

While Austria is not an easy choice (and expensive one), Dominica and Nevis are the most easy countries to get an instant citizenship in.

Instant citizenship / economic citizenship means you don't have to live in the country of choice quite a long time before you're able to get its citizenship. You can invest some funds in the country's economy and get your passport officially and legally.
