  1. No you will not be eligible to travel on a visa waiver form this is only allowed for people that hold certain nationalities and I am 100% sure that India is not on that list.  I would imagine that your ability to return to the UK with the same rights that you left with,  by leaving the UK for a country outside the EU or your country of nationality you may not be able to come back here and work.  I would check with your key worker from the Home Office and with the USA embassy in Grosvenor Square.  Here is a link to a page that might be of use to you:  http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/vis...

  2. you'd need to answer a lot of uncomfortable questions, why are you going there, where will you be staying, how loudly do you blink, how much money do you have in UK and to spend in USA etc. just go to the embassy and be prepared for a wee bit of harrassment. everyone who isnt a British caucasian is a terror!$t until they can prove they aren't planning anything at present. oh, dont mention that word to them, otherwise you'll find yourself in Delhi by the weekend

  3. You need an American tourist Visa to come America. But it would be quite easier for you get to visa from UK then from India because you are already in UK in a working visa. That will give the visa officer proof of return to UK after some time.

  4. Of course, Then you need to go to US Consulate in your city. You can submit your application their with required documents.....

  5. All indian passport holders require visa issued by US Consulate, no matter where you are working or where are residing.

  6. No sir, you need visitor visa to visit US and you need to go to USA embassy to get your visa.

  7. You apply for a visitor's visa B2 category in the normal course with all supporting documents and take your chances of securing the visa.

  8. You need an American Visa the same as if you was in India.
