I am an Indian citizen working in Dubai want to visit Ukraine & Russia. How to get tourist visa? urgent help?

no need any invitations or anything else. you have two options. first one is to go to any tourist company which provides tours to Russia. the second one is - you have to book a room in a hotel in Russia over net, make pics, have enough money in your account and go to Russian embassy in Dubai and make request for tourist visa (you need to assure them that your hotel is booked, that you have enough money for your trip and that you're going to come back in Dubai after your trip - may be you'll need to get document that you have stable job or that you have good income). my advice - go to a tourist agency - they'll do everything much faster and without problems (though more costly)

Ukraine doesn't require visas for US citizens it might be the same for India. I would stay away from Russia especially if you don't know any locals.

Find the closest consulate for Russia and Ukraine. You will have to get a separate visa for both countries most likely.
