I am an Indian currently resident of Dubai,can i apply for US Visa in India?

You need to go to the US Consulate in Delhi or wherever to apply for a US Visa. I assume it's a travel visa? You can get the form on-line and fill it out beforehand, but you have to show up at the consulate to secure your visa.

If your nationality is duo i.e Indian and Dubaian, then you can apply for American visa in India.But if you have furfeited your indian nationality i.e no valid resident papers of the authority of India then you cant apply from India but from Dubai, ONLY AND ONLY IF you are a legal resident with permit of the government of Dubai.
