I am interested to search & get a job in the US. How should i approach companies ? Which companies ? Which visa/permit would be valid for me in my profession. How do i apply for the visa/permit ?

If you r a six sigma specialist, you will not asking this question.you will had find a way.I suggest you start to search for the company you would want to work in and then you decide to work on the permit.The easiest question i had ever solve...   :)
