  1. As a citizen of India, you do need a visa to travel to France. It is called a short-term Schengen visa. It grants entry to every country that's part of the Schengen area (that's most of Western Europe, but not the UK).


  2. Yeah you do. You're still a citizen of India, not yet of America

  3. Luke is right, it is only a passport that can give you the authorization to enter a country without a visa. An American Green Card is only good for traveling and staying in the US and it has nothing to do with other countries.
