i had to leave my 2 beautiful kids behind in u.s eventhough i valuntary signed the deportation papers they check marked that i never can go back i was told by someone that when my kid is 21 years old i can apply through him to go back is that correct?Although i was born in Iran and i am an Iranian but i know myself as an American because i spent most of my life there and i am so used to America and American way of living my felony charge that caused my deportation beside living there illigaly was having one valium pill on me when i was arrested for driving with suspended license i don't think is right to become a felon for that .i paid the price for that once because they gave me 2 years of probation,100 hours of community work and $275 fine and after being on probation for 18 months one month accidently forgot to report to my probation officer and they gave me 6 months in jail for that wasn't that enough?i had to loose my kids over that?please is someone out there to help me?thank you

  1. Talk with Amanutjob and see if he can bully the USA into letting you come back.

  2. You were convicted for Illegal drugs, criminal alien status, and probation violation? You should NEVER be allowed in the USA ever again.

  3. You lived for 27 years in the U.S. and never applied for citizenship? You have no right to complain about being deported after a felony. Hispanics are deported just for being Hispanic. You came here so your children would be born as American citizens, and you achieved that. What you should have achieved, you never bothered with, and now you want someone to bail you out. I sincerely hope no one will answer this that has some kind of sympathy for you. I sure don't.

  4. Funny.  You actually had me reading and believing your garbage for a while.

  5. sounds like you broke us laws more than once. do you really think you deserve to be here?

  6. You have complained to us and we say suck it. Enjoy the fireworks in a couple of months.

  7. it is hard to feel sorry for a convicted felon. Tehran could use you right about now.

  8. Appeal your case at the US Embassy in the country where you were deported by citing that you left two children in America who needs you.

  9. you have to be an American to stay here sounds like maybe you broke the law years ago?
