  1. its called the palace chase program. you have to be at least half way into your enlistment. your job can't be low on manning. the commander has to approve it. go talk to an air national guard recruiter for more information, or search for palace chase online

  2. After you complete your initial enlistment!

  3. You can't switch to the Air National Guard until your time in Active Duty is up.  For example, if you enlisted for 8 total years, 6 years Active Duty, you can't switch until the 6 years is up.

At that time that your contract is coming to a close, you'll meet with a recruiter (basically...I forget their exact title but they're responsible for helping people re-up) and that person will lay out all of your options for you.

  4. You should have an Air Guard recruiter on base usually located in the MPF.  Contact him/her.  THYere is a program caled Palace Chase that allows AD to switch to Guard but it is a rather confusing and complicated sytem that will be better explained in person.

  5. palace chase is going to get you into the resveres. do your research on it and see if you are able to do that, you might miss active duty so be sure you think about it

  6. I am not exactly sure how you would go about doing it, but im sure if you speak to your shirt you will find out more info.

Lately they have been offering to cross from blue to green, so crossing isnt that hard.

also, before you sign your discharge papers, you are required to speak to a gurad or reserve recruiter on base. maybe you have to speak to him/her.
