  1. I thought you were asking "How long before he divorces me?" and I was going to answer, "Six months after he gets his permanent residence status."  Which is about 2 or so years.

Sorry about not being able to answer your other question.  But feel free to come back in 3 years and tell me that I was wrong!

  2. Wait time for a non-immigrant visa interview appointment is about 13 days. However, the immigrant visa interviews are handled slightly differently. It should be soon, but you really need to be asking the Immigrant Visa Section at the embassy:

"The Consular Section, in order to better serve all parties, requires that public inquiries be received in the following manner. Your cooperation is appreciated."

    From the United States:

    From Jordan and other countries:

Embassy of the United States P.O. Box 354

    Amman 11118 Jordan

  3. it took me 3 months after the paperwork was completed for my fiance to have his interview. and after that he has to have a security clearance to come to the u.s. which is prolly what your husband will need and the embassy will say 6 months but we have been waiting 9 months now and its still not complete. dont plan on him coming anytime this year and beginning of next year.
