I am an egyptian and i wish to travel abroad for work or even to get a degree to work abroad how do i do it???

Too broad!  If you want to study outside of Egypt, you need to apply to the universities individually.  If you want to work, you need to look into the requirements for the countries that you think you might want to move to.  FYI, if you do not have a degree already, most of the western countries will not take you.
