  1. Hi, I am the author of http://panicattackresearch.blogspot.com

Do not worry, I am not spamming my site - my site don't sell products or anything. My site is solely dedicated to panic-attacks or people whom have anxiety. I give tips on how to sleep even if you have anxiety.

Please do visit and post any questions there or here so that I can help you further.

I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is dedicated to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you.

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks.

I have just posted a new entry and uploaded some good files for you to do some relaxation, and there are techniques to overcalm immediately!

    All the best,

    Seng

  2. it sounds like you are actually dealing with a couple of different problems, so let's address the (obviously) more disturbing of the two.

this is a technique (aka:breathing exercise) that i have NEVER seen fail to break a panic attack.

1st, focus on your breathing... probably a little ragged and out- of- control.  start by breathing in to the slow count of two. (one...two...), and then, out to the count of two. continue until this rate of breathing is comfortable; now, increase both counts to three; then, four and so on.

this works for most people by the count of ten but don't be surprised if you have to go to 15 or 20.  it works in two ways; it will help take your focus off the way you feel physically (the chills and the jitters) and it gradually and smoothly increases your blood oxygen level which is one of nature's tranquilizers and will help change your brain chemistry.

as for the other problem, go back to that same doctor who took care of your gallbladder and ask them to check you out for IBS or irritable bowel syndrome.  i really hope this helps you.  the breathing exercise tends to work faster if you're in a quiet place where you can relax; but it will work in a crowded room full of strangers, too.

i've really never seen it fail.

    good luck

  3. I think if you chilled out and slowed down and just relaxed, everything would be ok.  Just take a breather.

You should go see a doctor to see if there is anything to do about your chronic diarrhea, because that doesn't sound so good.  It may be a symtom of the gallbladder thing, but I don't know anything about that.  I think that a lot of the panicky thing needs to be stopped.  Don't freak out.
