I am an epileptic currently on medication however I bruise easily?

Is there any natural foods or substances that I can take to stop or reduce the bruising ?

  1. Vitamin c deficiency is one thing, blood thinners, and elevated estrogen levels.


  2. Vitamin C deficiency will cause unexplained bruising, broken capilliaries on the skin's surface, bloodshot eyes, contribute to constipation, easy susceptibility to cold and flus, contribute to high blood pressure, slow wound healing......... eat more foods rich in vitamin C.

    ie ~ citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, leafy and green vegies, tomatoes and potatoes, red and green peppers, strawberries and blackberries.

    Things that will rob you of your precious supplies of vitamin C are alcohol, caffeine, aspirin and otc counter cold and flu meds, antiobiotics, sleeping tablets, laxatives and diuretics, the oral contraceptive and eostrogen supplementation (if you are female) and smoking♥ Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and as such our bodies can neither store or produce it and we need to ingest it on a daily basis♥
