Assuming you have been admitted to a university for graduate studies, you need the Form I-20 and the admission letter from the university to apply for the visa.

Apply for immigration visa on point basis to Canada and or Australia, because of your excellent education and experience, in USA apply for fellowships, research fellowships to all universities with vet schools etc.,
